FINLAND (News release) -- The heat is on with Ahlstrom-Munksjö's range of custom-designed baking papers for best-in-class release, including DuraBake™, the first U.S. produced silicone high-density greaseproof products serving the North American market.

Our full range of baking papers offer tailor-made release and grease resistance and are available in bleached and trulyNatural® unbleached papers.

"We are launching a refocused, tiered baking liner offering with our EZBake™ and DuraBake™ ranges to complement the existing Genuine Vegetable Parchment Unibake® premium liners," stated Jeff Murphy, Vice President of Ahlstrom-Munksjö's Food Packaging business. "This enriched baking liners range offers several levels of release and grease resistance from good to better to best, allowing end-users to select the optimum product based on their specific application needs."

EZBake™ provides a standard release pan liner for less demanding applications. With DuraBake™, Ahlstrom-Munksjö is now launching the first Silicone High Density Greaseproof solution manufactured in the United States, providing high performance for challenging applications with great release and resistance in addition to wet strength. These two product lines complement the premium Genuine Vegetable Parchment Unibake® designed for the most demanding applications. This expansive range allows Ahlstrom-Munksjö to provide solutions for the complete assortment of food release needs, for the widest range of cooking and baking applications.

"From consumers to professional users, including applications such as baking, rolled dough, along with Quick Service Restaurant and confectionary industries, this product portfolio supports all food safety and release needs," Murphy further described. "We are here to promote both our customers' and consumers' sustainability goals, from lighter weight solutions to replacing a non-renewable product with a fiber-based solution."

Ahlstrom-Munksjö's global offering includes also Aderpack™ baking papers produced in Europe.
