Södra is praised as one of Sweden's leading employers
Print

Södra has been awarded the Career Companies 2023 award. The purpose of the Career Companies is to reward employers who have successfully invested in career and development opportunities and to help students and young workers find future employers.

- We at Södra are of course incredibly proud and happy for the award as Career Company 2023. The award strengthens us in our work with people and culture at the center to create the future together. This starts with an operation where every second must be characterized by security, safety and concern for each other, says Södra's HR Director Isabella Wärvik.

Södra one of Sweden's leading employers
The career companies annually list the top employers in Sweden and this year nearly 1,000 companies, government agencies, authorities and municipalities have passed the selection process and matched the basic criteria. All organizations are then reviewed by the Career Companies' expert panel, which consists of specialists in HR, web, career counseling, social media and marketing. The 300 organizations that receive the highest scores move on to assessment, and the jury has appointed Södra as Career Company 2023. The jury's reasoning reads:

"Södra is an established employer that offers good career opportunities for the younger target group. Here you can develop and get good support in your career. In an exciting industry, Södra has built an employer brand that is unique. With their great commitment, we see that Södras has developed and thus takes a clear position as an attractive employer."

- Like many other employers, we are faced with major skills supply needs and that makes us extra grateful and happy about the proof that we are a strong employer brand in the times, says Isabella Wärvik.
