Voith Paper to Supply Rolls for BurdaDruck Press
Comment Print
Heidenheim, Germany, 29 July 2008 -- BurdaDruck has invested in a new Cerutti rotogravure rotary press in Offenburg, Germany and awarded Voith Paper Walztechnik AG with the contract to equip the eight presses with the NipcoPrint-G impression roll system.

Voith specialists have made the impression rolls useful for two significantly different press types. The interfaces were designed so that the impression rolls can be used on both the existing KBA TR10B and on the new Cerutti rotogravure rotary press. This allows maximum flexibility for replacement parts and maintenance work.

Voith Paper Walztechnik AG Zürich is part of the Voith Paper Finishing Division in Krefeld, Germany. Its products cover a broad range of Nipco applications in a variety of industries. In rotogravure, the NipcoPrint system is used successfully in presses for decorative paper, floor covering, and packaging.

Voith Paper is a group division of Voith and one of the leading partners of the paper industry. More than one third of the world’s paper production is produced on Voith Paper machines. Founded on 01 January 1867, Voith is one of the largest family-owned companies in Europe, with 37,000 employees, sales of EUR 4 billion, and more than 270 locations around the world.
