Dayton, Ohio, USA, 17 April 2007 -- /PRNewswire/ -- NewPage Corporation announced today that it will release its first quarter 2006 financial results on 07 May 2007, before the market opens.

The company will broadcast its first quarter 2007 analyst conference call on 07 May at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), with access available through the Internet and telephone. The teleconference is expected to last one hour. Mark A. Suwyn, chairman and chief executive officer, and Richard D. Willett, Jr., president and chief operating officer, will review operating performance. Jason W. Bixby, vice president and chief financial officer, will review the financial results.
