Amcor Flexibles Completes Acquisiton of Chinese Packaging Co.

Hawthorne, Victoria, Australia 02 June 2015 -- Located in the Guangdong province of Southern China, the acquisition consists of one manufacturing plant specialising in printing and manufacturing multi-layer films for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical end markets. The acquisition also sees approximately 390 skilled talent join Amcor and will bring with them strong packaging expertise to benefit our customers in the South China region and beyond.
