Federal Way, Washington, USA, 16 April  2009 — The board of directors of Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) has declared a dividend of 25 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation, payable 01 June 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business 01 May 2009.
