Spokane, Washington, USA, 24 june 2008  --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Potlatch Corporation (NYSE:PCH) has scheduled its second quarter webcast and conference call for 24 July 2008, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (11 a.m. Eastern). Results for the second quarter of 2008 will be released before the market opens on 24 July  2008. The conference call and webcast will be hosted by Michael J. Covey, Potlatch chairman, president, and CEO, and Eric J. Cremers, vice president, Finance, and CFO .

Investors can access the webcast at www.potlatchcorp.com and the conference call by dialing 866-393-8403 (USA/Canada) and 706-902-3785 (international). Participants will be asked to provide conference I.D. number 53302283.

For those unable to participate in the call, an archived recording will be available through the Potlatch Corporation Web site at www.potlatchcorp.com for approximately one year following the conference call.
