Northbrook, Illinois, USA, 26 February 2010 -- /PRNewswire/ -- KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (NYSE: KS), a leading North American producer of unbleached kraft paper products and linerboard, will release its 2009 fourth quarter and full year earnings on 02 March 2010, after the market closes.

The company will host a conference call on 03 March at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time) to review the results for the quarter and the year.
