A USD 100 investment in MPAC on 13 October 2003, when trading first began, would have been worth USD 72.70 on 25 November 2011; a USD 100 investment in SPP on 04 January 2002 would have been worth USD 24 on 25 November 2011; and a USD 100 investment in the PM40 on 04 January 2002 would have been worth USD 160.84 on 25 November 2011.
