Cenveo, Inc. Acquires Printegra Corporation

Stamford, Connecticut, USA, 12 February 2007 -- /PRNewswire/ -- Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE:CVO), has acquired Printegra Corporation, a portfolio company of Huron Capital Partners LLC, in an all cash transaction.

Printegra and its divisions, National Imprint Corporation and Synergy Label, are some of the top brand names within the short-run printing industry. As a market leader with a long-standing operating history in providing custom short-run printing solutions to the business communication market, Printegra generates annual revenues of approximately USD 90 million. The transaction is expected to be accretive to earnings in 2007. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Printegra operates 13 strategically located facilities across the United States. The 780-employee company is recognized for its high level of customer service, high-quality production, on-time fulfillment, and ease of transaction processing. Printegra's product line of printed business communication documents, regularly consumed by small and large businesses, include laser cut sheets, envelopes, business forms, security documents, and labels. Its primary customer focus is the distributorship base along with other significant resale channels.
