Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, 14 April 2009 -- (Market Wire) ---  Canfor Corporation (Toronto:CFP.TO - News) will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time on 30 April 2009. The company also will release its first quarter 2009 financial and operating results on 30 April 2009.

Canfor will hold a conference call on 01 May 2009, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, to discuss first quarter 2009 financial and operating results.
