Burgo Closes its Avezzano Mill
Print

Vicenza, Italy 02 September 2014 -- The Italian group Burgo has completely shut down production at its Avezzano mill in Italy, according to Euwid.

This is a result of switching production from coated to uncoated fine paper at the beginning of the year.

The production should have restarted on 26 August, after a usual two-week downtime in the summer. But employees were informed that the mill would not restart.
