As I outlined in my opening column in this issue, change is afoot in the energy sector once again.  In my 43 years in industry, the old slogan is true--the only constant is change.  The people I have seen thrive and survive in the working world are the ones who can adapt to change.  What is your stance?  Do you fear change?  Do you embrace change?  Your career is at stake.
