The Final Word by Jim Thompson

I was reminded recently of the pace of modern life. My wife and I were talking and I was recalling when I was a child that I always thought Tuesdays were special. What happened on Tuesdays? The Saturday Evening Post came. I remember two things from this: the Norman Rockwell cover and the cartoon “Hazel.” Today, we are bombarded with more information than this every five minutes. The problem today is not receiving information, it is the problem of filtering the information into chunks you want and portions unimportant to you. This is why we have launched a number of new initiatives here at Paperitalo Publications in the last year. We want you to be able to receive only what you are interested in without having to sort through everything else. Nip Impressions and PaperMoney continue to be our flagship publications, but if you look around you’ll find we have dissected interests for those of you wanting to get what you need and move on. If you don’t find what you want, drop an email to our publisher, Steve Roush—his email is steve.roush@taii.com.We want to serve you when and where you want to be served.
