Sixty-nine years ago today, Japan launched an attack on the United States at Pearl Harbor. We leave it to others to once again describe that specific situation. However, our question to you is this: what has changed, regarding the underlying issues? Not the issues of war, but the issues of natural resource control which led to the war? Sovereign nations still seem to be in a land-grab mode as they seek the natural resources necessary to sustain their populations. On that level, it seems not much has changed and this may prove worrisome and destabilizing in the next few years.
