It is remarkable the sustained position of the stocks in the PM40 over time. The decliners seem to continue declining, while those on the upside continue to move up. Overall, after a bit of a flirt with pinks and reds, the PM40 as a whole is back to a nearly neutral position year-over-year, a position that has changed little since March.
