HANOVER, PA (From news reports) -- Ox Industries has restarted the White Pigeon Paper Mill after it is was closed for almost three months. Ox acquired the mill from Graphic Packaging in June and has since converted the mill from clay-coated recycled paperboard (CRB) to high strength uncoated recycled paperboard (URB).

The White Pigeon Mill will add 80,000 tons of URB capacity to Ox's current mill system. Additional upgrades are being planned to increase the output and overall facility of the White Pigeon Mill over the next two years.
