BLOOMINGDALE, Ga. (From news reports) - A fire at International Paper in Bloomingdale caused heavy smoke in the area Saturday afternoon, Nov. 5.

Officials say just before 4 p.m. a conveyor belt at the facility started the fire. Police say that emergency crews responded quickly and the fire was put out.

No one was injured in the incident.
