Nashua, New Hampshire, USA, 17 July 2006 -- Nashua Corporation (NASDAQ: NSHA), a manufacturer of labels and thermal and specialty papers, today announced it has acquired 35% of the shares of Tec Print LLC, a minority-owned business enterprise located in Memphis, Tennessee. Financial terms of the transaction are not being announced.

Tec Print LLC is engaged in the printing business and, with Nashua's investment, has entered the label converting business.
