Fire breaks out at Webster Parish IP facility in Lousiana SPRINGHILL, La. (From news reports) -- The International Paper facility in the Springhill-Cullen area is up and running again Tuesday, Dec. 24 after a small fire. Cullen Fire Chief, Tommy Arnold, said they were called to the facility around 6 p.m. Monday. Arnold says a machine caught fire but the sprinkler system kicked in, putting out most of the flames. The fire department extinguished the embers left behind. That malfunctioning machine has been shut down. Nobody was injured.
