Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation selects ANDRITZ to supply chemical recovery technologies for its pulp mill
Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation has awarded international technology group ANDRITZ an order to supply environmentally leading chemical recovery technologies for its pulp mill in Hualien, Taiwan.
The start-up is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. Project Manager Chang Mingyih at Hualien mill of Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation said: "The equipment and solutions from ANDRITZ will enable us to maximize our mill's operational efficiency while minimizing resource use and maintaining low emission levels." The order is included in ANDRITZ's order intake in the second quarter of 2025. This is the first ANDRITZ chemical recovery technology delivery to Taiwan. With this order, ANDRITZ once again demonstrates its strong global position as a supplier of state-of-the-art pulp mill technology focusing on environmentally friendly production.
