Norcross, Georgia, USA, 02 December 2009 -- Unisource Worldwide, Inc., one of the leading distributors of paper, packaging and facility supplies in North America, has announced that Graph Comm International, a subsidiary of Graphic Communications Holdings, Inc., has completed the acquisition of Euro-Papier.

Graphic Communications, Unisource's full-service print and paper brokerage, sells more than 1 million tons per year of coated and uncoated paper to a wide variety of regional, national and international companies. Euro-Papier, headquartered in Belgium, specializes in paper and print management. The name of the new company is Graph Comm Belgium.

"The existing Euro-Papier business, which includes a significant portfolio of retail and catalog paper customers, fits in well with our strategic business model," said Matt Dawley, president of Graphic Communications.
