(TSX: TBL & TBL.NT) announced today a dividend of CAD 0.0213 per common share and the stipulated monthly interest payment of CAD 11.6667 per CAD 1000 principal value subordinated Notes. The payments will be made to shareholders and noteholders of record at the close of business on 29 June 2007, and will be payable on 16 July 2007.
