Norcross, Georgia, USA, 15 September 2010 --(Marketwire) -- Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE:RKT)  has begun construction on a wood chip mill that will supply chips and bark to the company's pulp mill in Demopolis, Alabama. Construction began last month, and the company expects the facility to be producing chips by January.
