Helsinki, Finland, 11 January 2012 -- Metso has received an automation order for Stora Enso Narew Sp.zo.o, a new containerboard production line at Ostroleka in Poland. The production line will produce 455,000 metric tons of light-weighted testliner per year. The EUR 285 million investment project is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.

Metso´s delivery scope includes an automation system, process information management system, web inspection technology integrated with a high-speed web break analysis system, control and on/off-valves, consistency transmitters, and field instruments. The main shipments will take place during the third quarter of 2012.
