Kruger to Interrupt Production at Trois-Rivières Mill

Montréal, Québec, Canada, 27 November 2009 – Kruger Inc. today announced that it will interrupt production on paper machine number 3 at its Wayagamack mill in Trois-Rivières for a period of two months starting 23 December 2009. The company came to this decision because of the high value of the Canadian dollar and because of the weak demand for directory paper.

This temporary curtailment will affect approximately 100 employees. The mill plans to restart the machine on 23 February 2010.
