(AMEX:AIP) announced that following the report of 17 January 2007, concerning the petition for the approval of a class action that was filed against Hogla-Kimberly LTD (H-K), an affiliated company (49.9%), regarding the reduction of the quantity of wipes in the baby wipes packages of its "Titulim(R) Premium" brand, H-K had reported today that court approved plaintiff's abandonment from the petition for the approval of a class action, and also ordered the dismissal of the plaintiff's personal action, with no expenses order.
